After a few misses I've found in the DNT QuattSecure IP Starter finally what I was looking for:

easy to install and put into operation, adjustable, German Manual and menu navigation, functioning app (at least on my I-Phone), very good image quality and even in total darkness!

In short, absolute buy recommendation!
