Excuse me for my whining. But now to "The Testament of Sherlock Holmes":
when I saw the intro with the children in the attic I thought, oh dear, what is that supposed to be? Now I have played through the game and I must say: wow, that was really fun!
The story comes up to full speed, then pulls a fast but under the spell. The voice actors (except the children in the attic) are very good, the facial expressions and gestures could be a bit more realistic, thanks to the hard setting but that is all fine. The puzzles are from simple to very, very difficult ... Who does not know how can the riddle after some time skip, but you can not reach the trophy as "genius". For this purpose all the puzzles have to be solved by the users themselves. Who does not know what to do searches on the internet simply because it is a fast helped.
Of those mentioned here in some Rezesionen graphics stuttering I'm spared. Occasionally, the screen draws very slightly, on the whole, but it is nothing to feel.
The only complaint (and therefore "only" 4 of 5 stars): from time to time remains the good Sherlock or his faithful friend Watson cling to something. I did that happen in the game about 15 times. Then simply press the triangle button (in order to get into your inventory). If you then back out of the inventory goes out, everything is running again as geschmirt. Maybe that is still patched.
All in all a really good successful game that employs a lot of hours.
A tip for trophy hunters still: the Platinum Trophy is by playing with time to create. Up to 4 trophies to all gets automatically during the game. Here you will find help with supplies online.
I hope I could give you an impression about the game. Now it only remains to hope for the consoles (the PS3 just) be in the future more served with classic adventure games. It is the Point & Click Adventures are no longer solely reserved for the PC time !!!
In this sense! Have fun playing!
