for a cheap windmill, which unfortunately was never able to finely grind enough for my Bodum coffee, I decided for a more expensive device and am very satisfied. the fineness can be phased out. for my Bodum it is enough on the scale between medium and very fine, perfect. unfortunately quite noisy, which is probably inevitable, but doing it for about a minute. the mill stops after reaching the freeness of itself. the coffee retains its flavor and is not heated or crushed.
