I have tried several types of coffee and the best score at Tchibo Privat Kaffee "Hearty Mild". For finely ground coffee powder produces less crema. If I take the grinder, as he is to be found in the vacuum-packed coffee packs, I achieve a thick crema layer on the coffee.

In this type of filter is much discussion about the crema and I have now collected more experiences. The crema is apparently influenced by the water, because now the machine is in my apartment in Cologne Nippes and the results are different than before.
A little tip:
When you turn on the machine, then immediately make the coffee as soon as the lights are but wait 2 minutes. If one makes the coffee immediately after reaching the operational readiness, the water is not really warm. After 2 minutes, the water reaches a higher temperature, the coffee tastes better and I do not at the second sip only lukewarm.
