1. The Ausklopfhilfe (so the filter holder does not fall out) after a short time interrupted.
2. The machine then bubbled after brewing and the overpressure water lands partly under the drip tray and ran out from under the machine.
3. The pressure was not well constructed (decalcified was regularly) and the engine began to stutter.
4. Suddenly, after about a year use the main knob was broken. Even in zeroing was pumped. Warranty was still on it, so I got a new (without Eckart Witzigmann Aufruck), accessories (filter holder, etc.) has not changed. The New was then initially also.
5. after about one year, the problems started again. The machine built on the pressure no longer correct, and began again to stutter and to give extremely loud noises (I was scared!), But what then lay down again on its own. But now was over the warranty period and Beem showed no grace, I was one month to over time.
6. The pressure was getting worse, there was no good espresso more, only watery or burned, with pressure could be no longer the filter holder stopper. So I took the filter holder, which consists of several parts (much Kunsstoff and rubber), apart and cleaned it. After the actual filter holder a second plastic part is screwed, there is a small opening with a screen cloth, which apparently (artificial) to froth the coffee. This was almost clogged. So gerinigt with vinegar, greased the rubber and screwed together again. Behold, again everything as it was! However, this is a very minderwärtiger portafilter. The thread for screws are also made of plastic and do something not often.
7. Suddenly the machine began to stink in operation, there was smoke coming from the knob !!!. Shut down and serviced. After cooling ichs try again. Now the pump could no longer turn off (like the first time) and again came smoke. So dead, that's it, take no chances, get rid of it.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because I am curious I screwed them. The overheating came from the dial, which also controls the flow. This controller overheated apparently happy, really unacceptable, even for this price!
Then I discovered something else strange. A supply hose was intentionally abegknickt with cable ties !!!! Apparently in order to reduce the throughput speed. This is definitely at the expense of the pump and creates the strong vibrations of the machine. Maybe that's where the overheating of the controller. I can not believe it, because it has been sloppy with no end!
Each of longer wants what from an espresso machine, I can only advise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
