This frying fully disassembled to move the items in the dishwasher, it is one of the reasons that made me choose. There is also a valve that allows to drain 3 liters of oil it contains.
However, the elements that make up the fryer do not make a "solid" in particular utensil basket. Hopefully with time this fryer will be stronger than it seems.
