The last record of Ahmad Jamal, demonstrates how the pianist moving style developed its music at will. Having never want to do that again unequivocally shines there for as long as one has followed its "production" art from the 50's / 60's but also for the past fifteen years. It is accompanied by a pervasive happily percussionist Manolo Manedra, a bassist; Reginald Veal which is a little further back than those of its other units, and drummer Herlin Riley, swing monster (which he seems made unfaithful to the formation of Wynton Marsalis), and all these people is served by a decision that propels its audiophile music in the highest levels from the first listen on a stereo system worth the name to allow to appreciate every detail (meaning: do not mess with mp3). Guaranteed fun!
