This book was recommended to me by a psycho nutritionist and it changed my life and my way of do my food shopping. Take the time to check all the labels of the products we buy even if it seems a little long or target if we do not have too much time. But buy this book and think that we are poisoning our children unintentionally. Do not hesitate to refuse sweets poisoned by additives in favor of organic fruit (eg) and especially explain why later they will have health problems. I recommend this book to 1000%. Cordially Odile
