I never really thought about a server, as I have always served a PC. Unfortunately also changes even if over 40zig still a lot. It is increasingly streamed and made available by APP. For me 2 things were very important: Movies / music via the server to stream and add my IP_Cam with CIF in the server. Both worked like a charm. The DS 114 is very quiet and you really only hear a small voice where one per program on the server itself can set the fan in 3 steps. Especially when listening to music a very important detail, I think. The fan can incidentally also be exchanged without much effort, which is personally very important to me, because I am very sensitive when it comes to fan noise. It can be installed on various app's surface, here I have tried but not much. The DS 114 is for me an absolute enrichment and to the SSD hard drive, one of my best buys what PC / ect accessories. As. Yes, I incidentally installed a 128GB SSD. Oh yes, the operating speed when opening the programs are not quite as fast as it converts my Airpad, but absolutely still in the frame. The downloads / uploads's are considerable and mega fast !!!! I'm going after 1-2 years certainly buy a server with 2 plates. To get to know and understand my responsibilities and currently operate enough here for me the smallest issue with currently only 1 plate. !!!! Due to the very good overall package / speed / and available for APP's's iPAD I Gege here full 5 stars !!!
