This book is great as it is for beginners but also homemade yoghurt fans like myself can still learn lots about it. In the first part, is full of practical tips for successful yogurt (with yogurt or even without). It also gives plenty of tips in case of problems: too liquid yoghurts, yoghurt or stringy acids. And in the second part, there are 100 recipes. For the price, it really is a steal!
