For Changing technical aberration

Because of the good reviews, we decided for this heater. Considering the reviews from where the buyers are not able to read the item description, this radiator has the highest rating.
The purchase also because we did not want to shutdown. The problems with the automatic switch-off can be followed in the other reviews.

What can cause a changing table radiant heater? In fact, he has only one task - the position on the changing mat, where one stores the baby should have a pleasant warmth in the shortest time. Normal is not difficult. Why now a technical aberration?

We have now experimented with the table height and installed the radiator 20cm below the specified minimum height. Not pretty, but it works. 23.5 degrees at 17 degrees room temperature and 24.5 degrees - Level 1 - at 22 degrees room temperature.
Something just does not fit. Description wrong, or construction. Monday device? The power consumption is true but.
