For crunches ok!

The mat is 1.5 cm thick and damitt also nice and soft. So ideal for abdominal training (crunches).
However, if man wants to do push-ups on the mat (hands and feet on the mat), then it did not work because the mat expands apart. When looking at leaves only the hands on the mat, then slips the mat!

The mat reporting something, but only if you really drauliegt directly with the nose. But the smell is not so bad, for me anyway ...

Furthermore, now after a month in use (daily 30 min. Exercising) sees the mat a bit "taken" from (dents do not back out, cuts / small tears in the material to see). Have due to the positive reviews expected more!

So, for exercises on your back, the mat is ok, but who expected a little more from the mat, should look around for another!
