For fans of Zelda, an exceptionally rich content!

Long awaited, with the promise of a full French translation, but a delayed exit from month to month, here it finally comes when I no longer believed ... and the least we can say it ' is that it was worth it. By opening this book, we understand why the location has taken so long: the amount of information is huge, notes of preparatory sketches to comments from authors themselves, through the explanation of the different countries, all is translated!

This is the official book, stamped Nintendo, which provides access to hard unpublished documents the development of the saga. The presentation is very qualitative, with a hard cover (unfortunately tarnished by too little solid packaging, Amazon must review its packaging pounds), covered with a textured vinyl with golden texts embossed in relief, and a bookmark in fabric, as in the encyclopedic works. The leaves are glossy unfortunately, that would have benefited from being more suggestive of legend (the lucky ones who got hold of the book collector Ni No Nuki understand).

The book starts with a retrospective of Skyward Sword, but dispensable interesting because it "date" the book by sticking to current events of the saga. There is an explanation for this, but that part is really well developed. The most interesting part is the official chronology of the saga, with several surprises, and we understand why nobody has really succeeded in establishing a coherent chronology so far (but I will not spoiler contents of the book!) . The chain of events is reported, and the history of the mythology of Hyrule, linking all episodes (even one released on Game Boy). The third part is devoted to graphic research characters, and it's exciting to see how a game is created. As a bonus, there is a manga short end of the book.

The content focuses on the story of Huryle, and I personally would have liked that it was presented as a legend grimoire, more dreamlike way. Or, conversely, to make a journalistic comprehensive encyclopedic content, and discuss the developments related to the hardware of the time, the concepts of games, production teams, aborted projects, etc.

But do not spoil our fun, this book is already collector!
