For me, the best Nikon Speedlight

My impressions of the Nikon SB-700:

positive:
This flash can be a lot - for the wealth of functions, operability is very good;
even better than the SB-900
In addition to the standard auto flash functions and manual adjustment of flash output from 1/1 to 1/128 are available.
Integrated scattering and reflecting disc
large light angle range 28-120mm (17mm with diffuser from)
Light angle adjustment range significantly quieter than the SB-900
Flash output is completely sufficient for most photo situations
Wireless flash control (master-slave)
Good workmanship and good handling
More compact and lighter than the SB-900th

negative:
I find nothing

Conclusion:
For me, the best Nikon Speedlight as:

-Easy and more compact than the SB-900 with approximately the same power and wealth of functions
-Zoomreflektorverstellung Significantly quieter than the SB-900
-Bestes Price / performance ratio
-Bedienbarkeit Very good
