I connected using this adapter my satellite receiver to my Win7 Prof 64-bit computer. After the drive the first time plugging automatically finds Windows 7 for 2 of the 3 device drivers. The third driver is easy to install using the CD. The supplied software I've installed but not intensively used, as I was able to adjust not optimal Live edition to the quick. Mir is the first recording function also not important because I wanted to watch a live image to the TV. By using the VLC player it is perfectly possible, as this "open recorder" on the menu items allows an output that can be adjusted with many parameters like for me the 2 most important settings: image size and aspect ratio.
