- For frying only about 1 to 1.2 liters of cooking oil is needed.
- The lid and the frying basket can be easily removed for cleaning.
- The oil is discharged through a hose. Class! This function was the decisive argument to buy the unit for me.
- The fryer heats up very quickly.
- In the cover there is a charcoal filter to prevent odors and fats; this must be changed in time.
Negatives:
- The lid and the Fittierkorb must be flushed according to instruction manual. Whether you can give these parts in the dishwasher, I do not know; I'll contact the manufacturer.
- The non-stick inner bowl is firmly mounted and can not be removed for cleaning. However, one can add water (with detergent) into the tub and then drain the water through the hose. I would like it better if the tub would be cleaned and removed in the dishwasher.
- The cleaning of all parts that come into contact with grease, would me more comfortable in the dishwasher, and therefore there is also a point deduction.
- It does not fit a lot of food to be fried in the device. For more than 2 people I think this fryer for less suitable.

I think it is a rumor, just because you have to give less fat in the fryer, that the fried food "less greasy" comes to the plate. I see no difference to my predecessor unit, a Tauchfritteuse. But I prefer to cook in fat dipped fries; reduced-fat fries from the oven not taste. Whoever thinks to purchase a diet fryer here, you are wrong ;-)))
The advantage is that you do not have tons of cooking oil in the household around. Since you should use oil only a few times for deep-frying, you save a lot of money, because there is a difference if you enter 3 liters in the garbage needs to 5 times or use only 1 liter.
The durability of the fryer, I can not judge because I've only briefly in use.
Overall I would recommend this fryer and would buy it again. But I frittiere also rather rare, so me of the cleaning process is not too much bother. Who often uses a fryer and reluctantly washed by hand, should draw on a device back to where all parts (except the device itself) must be placed in the dishwasher.
