Now I have the fully automatic sphygmomanometer "Boso Medicus Control" for the upper arm - with slightly larger cuff. This fits perfectly with me. In addition, the sleeve is relatively easy to create. The meter can be in spite of high functionality very easy to operate. To measure just press the big button - the rest is fully automatic. The memory function is certainly a great thing, but I prefer the record of measured values on the appropriate form (for clarity on longer series of measurements). The device works with 4 AA batteries but can also be used with an AC adapter. Unlike batteries needed a power supply, however, is not included. If necessary, this can however be bought for cheap money.
Whether the measured blood pressure values are, as a layman I can not judge safely. I trust this point Just the other reviews and the reputation of the Boso-products and the seal of the German Hypertension Society (measurement accuracy clinically validated). Well, I think also the arrhythmia detection which indicates might, where appropriate existing cardiac arrhythmia (For me nothing has been able to fortunately be determined). The offered 3 year warranty strengthen the extremely positive overall impression. The delivery is in addition to the required batteries, the upper arm cuff and the actual meter and a handy bag in which all required components can be stored.
From me there is a strong buy recommendation!
