For stereo super, night what it should without interference

Hi, have a 20-year-old Denon stereo receiver with a passive sub and 2 JBL Control as boxing. The sound is great for me for music. Now I wanted our Philips PFL Connect 7676 and of course, the only one optical output. So I have a long time used the KH output. But for that I had already quite high turn the Lautstäre the output and sometimes had distorted sound.
In the transducers I hesitated, because the reviews about the analog to digital converters were still quite volatile.
Now I've ordered this part and can only say. A. It works, b. The sound is clean and is again determined by the receiver, and not from the KH-output c. no humming, beeping, buzzing and d. the receiver I have even minimally louder turn. (About 2%)
Of course, it consumes power, but I have the AC adapter into the socket of the receiver (who even for a second device) inserted and thus the converter is also the Denon Receiver also runs only when. What is clear is 2.1 but the bass humming sound the heights and middle tones as they should.
But So I can confirm none of the problems here.
