So bought this razor with a shaving brush Wilkinson original.
But first the razor itself.
It is made of plastic with a Plastikverschraubung - a metal core in the handle gives him an almost acceptable heavy which prevents too heavy pressing.
The included razor I've used.
I have also used a Gilette shaving.
Skin irritations were the result. And the result was rather moderate.
So was good advice ... or in this case not.
So an original Willkinson Shaving bought (in a blue Tigel for about 3 euros)
With very hot water pitched this slowly to a creamy micro-bubble foam and let this act on the pre-wetted face for 1-2 minutes. Meanwhile, the included razor blades with original "derby razor" from Turkey replaced. (This is available from the hundreds pack for about 5 euros).
Then gently shave with the grain and fresh again are brushed after the first train. And then shaved a second game against the grain.
The result could really be seen and held much longer than with a commercial system razor and gel from the can.
I take the view that makes the beard sources much more a carefully frothed Shaving (and can therefore continue to come out of the skin) and mostly soft power as this whole canned Rasierquatsch and thus a better shave and especially a longer shelf life of the blades causes (even in system razors).
That reminds me shaving liked so well in this way, I then entchieden me ultimately a bit "zornigeres" Morell of Mercury - the "future tense". This has an adjustable gap soap with which you can adjust the "bite" of the blade beautifully. With a little practice, I am now at 4.5 and have the smoothest shave ever! (For the scatterbrained among you - will buy you a styptic pencil to mini control bleeding).
The Willkinson shaving - is qualitatively Ok. But each is superior to him what foaming behavior unfortunately billigstdachshaarpinsel: o). But he has a long shelf life - even if he is no more beauty wirkklich after a few years.
try's quiet out - does not cost the world and to get a taste for really no fortune.
