To date, there nothing to complain about. We're now three months asleep on this mattress in combination with the 7-zone slatted Rhodes NV44. The mattress is tight when you lie flat on it, but there after soft when kneels on it or is supported with the elbows. This is very convenient especially if you do not want to sleep in bed :-) And to sleep it is really very convenient. The cover is made very solid and removable for washing. Man does not sweat and does not freeze, no moisture accumulation. Perfect! I have no comparison with "intergalactic" high-tech mattress, but do not know what might the better.
Update after 12 months use (June 2011): Now I have drawn several comparisons and have to say that the mattress in combination with the slatted still my clear no. 1. I sleep like unbelievable in it and other slatted mattress combinations that are certainly not cheap, this duo can not nearly reach the water. Clear 5 star without ifs or buts.
