The album includes some high-class songs:
Right Action (8/10) - Nice opener, but here goes even more.
Evil Eye (9/10) - Dry Beat the zombie garb. Very cool.
Love Illumination (10/10) - Much bigger it gets: a hard rock number in 70s garb.
Stand on the Horizon (9/10) - somewhat reminiscent of "Monarchy of Roses" of the Chili Peppers, but also to Pink Floyd. Cooler, beat, great melody.
Fresh Strawberries (10/10) - The Beatles are greeting: This is classically beautiful.
Bullet (10/10) - Here is shaking the indie disco, because it just rocks.
Goodbye Lovers and Friends (9/10) - Very nice end with a great chorus.
Everything is just right. Hopefully they stay with us for a long time and continue to produce such great albums. Franz Ferdinand continue to remain a single band. Not that you could not hear the piece their albums. But the songs are mostly in to great works of art that can be released as a single all. Buy!
