A great new album from one of the most outstanding composers of the past 55 years. No Pier Pressure sounds fresh, the production is extremely timely. Wilson has once again inputs, composes beautiful and sophisticated music. The selected duet partners do their job very well. Particularly noteworthy are the former members of the Beach Boys, Al Jardine, David Marks and Blondie Chaplin, who are also in this year together with Wilson on stage. Really liked the duets with Kacey Musgraves and Sebu. Both artists bring their own touch in Wilson's music. Not to mention you should leave the studio musician, under which, for example, Jim Keltner is who has been the drummers for John Lennon and Pink Floyd. Conclusion: Brian Wilson proves that he is not long for the scrap heap, despite poor health. Strong buy recommendation, not only for fans!
