The friction loss is simply incredibly impressive! How easily can rub Parmesan, even my highest expectations exceeded. However, I had the grater result imagined somewhat different: The flakes are relatively large but truly paper thin, so that the Parmesan in a way, loses its consistency. That's not zwigend negative, but should one be aware of. I am not satisfied with the handle. He is not sealed, so that there can always accumulate water. I find this quite unhygienic. Cleaning the grater (especially the underside) is also somewhat laborious. Because the latter two points there's a star deduction.
