For processing:
In this product you get the usual stainless steel WMF quality. The plastic front is also very well made and is related to the stainless steel handle together seamlessly and wobble-free.
For length:
Some attribute the inverter could be longer - I personally do not .. because the longer a turner is the more difficult it will be to meet with the head of the point at which you want to get between pan and griddle. With the spatula to get, at the gängingen Crêpegrösse to turn up to 60-70% of the diameter at the crepe around it. Since it is used only when a page is laid / golden brown by / has you so absolutely no problems.
1 star review .. "sticks" and "can not contact":
Is simply not .. either something is wrong with your recipe or you are doing something fundamentally wrong. Tip for you: Go times on YouTube and look at how to prepare crepe or how that should look at.
Review "you do not get as good under the Crepe":
In that case, I suppose you do not use Crêpepfanne, then I can understand your argument. With a Crêpepfanne, the WMF turner and a bit of practice you already usually comes with the first attempt underneath.
Compared with Amazon Bestseller "Tefal K00804 Intensive crêpe turner":
Since I like to look at the leaderboards on Amazon I have additionally ordered the turner of Tefal and tried. After a few crepes but I have this set aside again and used by WMF. The front Tefalwender is simply so thick that a difficult fall under the crepe occur .. at the moment I noticed that the plastic front at WMF Wender is quite thin (about 1-1.5mm) - with good reason. In addition, the WMF Wender the front is slanted, so you have a very good tip to come under the crêpe - the folks at WMF have this really meant something or a lot of time taken to test to the inverter or cook crepe :)
Personally, I have found in this WMF Crêpewender exactly what I wanted. If you own a Crêpepfanne I can highly recommend this Wender also.
