... Call "Kärbholz" even their music and they're absolutely right about "karma" comes from properly tightened handbrake do not know the guys. Already with the last albums to "Kärbholz" piece by piece to the top of German rock music have worked their and may meanwhile put on a par with the likes of "Frei.Wild", "inviolable" or "Betontod". How do I have delivered their strongest album to date, the 4 guys from "Ruppichteroth" with "Karma". "Karma" is musically and lyrically a further increase to "Born to Run", it is varied and the quality of production, I find it very remarkable.
That's just German rock on a very high level! The songs do not come quite as unpolished and edgy therefore, some reviewers call it "mass appeal", I call it an evolution in the right direction! The whole album is very powerful and impresses with its balance and therefore at no time boredom or monotony comes up - that's really great cinema! Remain in spite of everything "Kärbholz" faithful to their style even if they occasionally piano and trumpets incorporate the songs to "refine" but thus give them a special touch.
Remarkable I find the vast number of songs that have this special catchy - "Karma" has a lot of hit potential!

Full speed numbers like "Against the Wind", "The demons in me", "No Rock'n'Roll" and "This is eternal" it comes from the beginning right to the point - great, fast paced melodies and choruses that a animate to sing along!
"Sink or Swim" is then a slightly quieter number midtempo range of the listener can insert a little breather before it with "It feels right" again rather quickly goes on -. A really fast-paced rock and roll number
With "Nothing" is again a quieter piece at the start which invites you to sing along. "Kxh" is an instrumental piece in which "Kärbholz" put their musical qualities very impressive proof - I like it!
After that comes with "low-flying" one of my favorite songs of this album - a rousing tune, lyrically very strong and a hot singalong chorus! Also "Arise" and "I want you" are definitely in that category that are all the songs work well live determined correctly.
For me the "King Song" is on every album the ballad is good this nothing I'm really disappointed. In "Karma" is with "goodbye" one of the most beautiful ballads of the German Rock am start. A very strong text, a very beautiful melody and vocally very well presented - CLASS !!!
Toward the end, show "Kärbholz" then again very impressive what they have music on the box. "If there's music", "side by side" and "Silent" are all songs from the top drawer!

My conclusion: "Karma" the guys from "Kärbholz" have raised the bar for the competition set very high. The album acts as a unified whole, varied and at no time boring. The songs feature rapid melodies and sing-along choruses these special - really strong! Slow, quiet numbers alternate with fast, rocking numbers and the whole album is just so full of Mitbrüllnummern.
"Karma" has already excited me at first hearing and with every run, I like it better for fans of melodic German rock, this album is really a must!
