I have processed with her that night 4.5 kilo ground beef - without any problems!

Processing and use.:
---------------------------
The burger press is handled properly and perfectly fine for this low price.
In terms of size it is aimed at the normal burger buns. For large the Paddies are simply too small, because then you need a super-sized version.
After I've read through various reviews, I ordered this news and also so used, as some have described here:
1. Form dampened with a little water (with a brush or paper towel), so that the hack does not stick and can be solved later better.
2. A portion of ground beef (for burgers is particularly ground beef with a lot of salt and pepper - no more) into a ball.
At exactly 100gr minced the mold is filled ideal and there are beautiful, flat Paddies! (Weigh worth it!)
3. Insert Hack ball and press it firmly. Then raise the presser, turn it 90 degrees and press it again!
The reason: The grooves of the presser, the meat is always displaced in one direction. Who presses only once, does not receive shapely Paddies!
4. Loosen Using a fork or the like on the sides and remove
5. piled on a plate and place a layer of film between each layer, so nothing stuck!
6. Grilling & enjoy! :)
Ergonomics:
----------
Especially when you have to process a lot of ground beef, the handling is extremely important - and this is a major plus in the Sagaform Hamburger Press.
Because of the large, rounded rubber handle ensures that the hand does not hurt, even after many pressing processes and fits comfortably in your hand.
Conclusion:
------
Actually, there is not much more to say than that the press is low, well finished and well located in hand ... and of course makes beautiful Paddies.
From me, saying a strong buy recommendation! :)
