The theme here is the fear of monsters, black, night, its sounds. Kitty C. says she keeps a very strong link with childhood (he was willingly believe). She found herself hearing problems, hence its difficulty to locate and identify sounds and noises, transcribed here. In this book, she tells the story of a little frog who is frightened in his bed as soon as she is alone. His father teach him to put in their proper place to explain the things nightmares and night terrors. Father Jerome will help to dissect, to rationalize to evacuate its fears, exorcise and not to flee and ignore the puisqu'enfin dad as he hears these mysterious sounds that transform into terrifying. Educational book (the author plays on diction by using onomatopoeia) and we can through this as "preposterous" help the child tame speech and articulation. The illustrations are still naive (Kitty C. is influenced by Beatrix Potter). Simple graphics, sidebars, allow children to access the same story if they do not read. Very well done, my little love.
