Funny puzzle with weaknesses

Hello, the game "Greedy Spiders 2" is a puzzle game must be severed at the filaments between spider and prey to rescue the trapped insects.
There are a few extras in the game (like all spiders for a round of "freeze" etc), but basically not much change on the game mechanics - Except, of course, that are needed to win these extras partially.
The game is "turn-based" - meaning, the opponents (the spiders) make their train only after the player has made his.

Why only three stars?
- Visually, the whole while nice to look at, but is absent in the animation itself somehow the living. While ponders his next train remains the game and there is nothing to see except possibly a short blink of insect ... No movement in the background, offers no optical gimmickry or similar (The figures move whereas in games like "Angry Birds" or "Cut the Rope" is stehts or the environment is animated)
- The difficulty increases after the first few levels to quite strong and is directly or higher (by the relevant Extras) a lot.
- Lack of long-term motivation ... While there is to collect stars (if you have a Level doing particularly well) but here it is not clear by what criteria this happens ... In the first few levels I have for example failed to collect stars while only two-three strands had to be severed.
