On Sci-Fi Trax, the known issues, see Star Trek in all variants' from the original on The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine to Voyager. There are also pieces of Godzilla, War of the Worlds and The X-Files, just to name a few. The musical background of the science fiction classic impresses with dramaturgy, which is achieved through the use of grand staged orchestral music. Half of the titles have been played by Neil Norman. Grandiose Streichmusik creates the typical spherical sound and gives the titles a special dynamic, which also can listen without knowledge of film great, for example, track no. 13 (Alien). It is quite typical of topics from science fiction movies that the musical accompaniment is provided by symphony orchestras. Nevertheless, I find it amazing how modern it sounds on the CD and which voltage is generated. Good to hear at track no. 15 (Predator I). The interplay of the various instruments (string, wind, percussion instruments) is simply brilliant. Although my subjects are known more or less all, I have quite different perceived, more detached from the film, the music, there is definitely a lot to discover. In my opinion, for not only for Trekkie fans a must!
