I had the time of purchase of Fable 2 very euphoric, because I have played through the first part and had a lot of fun with him. My fancy Fable2 but was then immediately diminished, because I have read many times, how bad it is yet: fighting too simple, no armor acquirable, Bugs + lag, no motivation through chests, etc.
I was about that game unplayed send back.
I could but then struggle through it to play. The chapter as a child absolutely not like it and I wanted to just turn off the XBOX, when I first joy carrier, the new companion - got my dog.
From then on, I liked the game better and better and now I zock it very active for a week :)
Now I have my own picture of the game and it in no way corresponds to what held eg GameOne so by Fable2.
Among the criticisms:
- That there is no armor I find okay - it falls eternal Compare away and end up wearing one only ugly stuff just because it has good values. Some might say - clearly now wearing just one schwuchtelige clothes instead of armor, but it emphasizes more what I am Genre RPGs like so: individuality.
You can wear what you want everything, it can color, combine different and, for example, coats wear open or closed in your wishes.
- The battles are not just simple. sometimes you do already präfentiv simply "time control" (a spell that slows time around you) and an AOE Inferno (a fire spell) once enemy hordes appear and they are all dead in front of a, but in the narrow spaces is not so simple. I am in total in game VII died 5 times -. That is acceptable. Generally speaking, the fighting a lot of fun because they are from a) varied approach or b) require the enemy types other procedures.
- The bugs and lags are only now and then, but should be prevented with patches most of
Plus points:
- Individuality; since various clothes wearable, färbare stuff and hair, tattoos, and good evil net impurity -> influenced the exterior. Skillung also affected the exterior
- the dog ; has indeed no benefit (except chests and treasures found) but an important aspect because, for example, NPCs react to him and he also changes with you and your traits
- Quest diversity; Posing for example, a sculptor, or the "Relocate citizens", etc.
- A lot of expression and emotion and the NPCs react to these
- A multiplayer (also splitscreen)
- Fairytale game world
- Has somehow always feel the divinity)
- Humorous Developers
- Cities with its own economy, Purchasable stores and houses
- Family justifiable for everybody
- All spells both as AOE (area of effect damage) or direct spell
etc.
Bad points:
- The sometimes annoying loading times
- Complex magic system (there is a bar with five icons that goes from Level 1 to lvl 5 of magic - now I can in the menu or by right-rear button, configure these spells higher level making Although more damage or have a länderen effect. but take longer to charge. if you castet with B runs the bar from the bottom up and you can select a spell and select by left stick which goal you want to take or whether there is a AOE spells. So you put for example on the first Slot Inferno, on the 2nd time spells on the 3rd again Inferno and pressing B so it runs the bar of Inferno lvl 1 over time spell lvl 2 to Inferno lvl 3 - if I had the time spell will cast, I would have stopped at this Icon . B to press and selected my goal That sounds very complicated, but it is by no means - it is just a shortcoming that has just only 5 magic available and in the fight configuring is possible though - because it keystroke is, but not ideal. )
. - Experience system somewhat immature (when opponents die let different colored balls back - Blue -> strength (melee), Yellow -> Can (ranged), Red -> willpower (magic), green -> general experience;. Depending on how you have turned over the opponent, the balls fall to the ground (eg using only melee -> only blue balls). but I do a spell like "Chaos" (confused, frightened or causes you to do something funny wipe the opponents such as dancing or ground ) on the opponent and then edit it with my ax, I get only blue balls, no red -.> ie I need to actively skillen spells can always at least a harmful spell skillen)
That's it from me - misspellings You may like to keep and the uppercase and lowercase letters are really tough to master.
PS I do going on - I have to gamble fable continues: D
