Music and lyrics, however, were even then not necessarily his creation, and for me he is then slipped quickly into the commercialism: Finally, there was - as the "Three Tenors" - just "Austria 3". Twenty years ago, or so he has Bob Dylan "verwienerischt". If "he" did that, then chapeau! But next to it was nothing new, which would have torn me away.
A friend took me addressed this day to the "Central Cemetery", and that was the incentive to get me the old albums. Since it was a beautiful LP from "Lieber Augustin", or the "Watzmann", or "Schaffnerlos". So Amazon "Wolfgang Ambros" searched, and there comes to almost 20 cents per share, a 40-part mp3 collection of mostly the old stuff, and not in a funky arrangement infusion for today, but with the instrumentation of that time.
That gives me a lot of joy, and I'll be there reminded of some beautiful songs that I had already forgotten.
