1) delivery without cardboard amazon, only cardboard PANASONIC arrived in poor condition,
2) device designed for germany, austria and switzerland, manual in German,
3) these devices come from the same address (orleans) that amazon deutch that sell 399,406 with the shipping cost if I wanted this device I would have bought at amazon D. Why the seller is selling more in France, while it is not designed for us?
As I could not plug it in, I redirected,
see the laws against misleading advertisements (L. 120-1 of the Consumer Code)
