I need to connect. Wanted to a robust mobile (waterproof, dustproof, draussentauglich), three months has been totally happy with it, nice display, fast software, great camera ..... Then I went for an interview before the door to the outside and me is without pressure or kick to the phone when making calls splintered the back - probably by changing from hot to cold - you can see very well that the cracks are uniformly distributed without an "epicenter". What gives? Sony does not recognize this damage usually and simply asserts it was own fault, I was allowed to read now. My e-ink Reader has 2 years ago suffering the same fate, 3 months old, crack in the display under normal use - communication with Sony was next to impossible. No telephone service, to any email someone else has replied - no substitute, no compensation. Conclusion: Let it alone, otherwise the phone will cost you 600 euros instead of 400 at some point I'm done with Sony. Too bad.
