The book covers many aspects of drawing from, from classic Disney-like characters to "serious" human cartoon characters. Here you learn on what you should emphasize when drawing to get the desired result: which head forms which eyes which noses, etc. are suitable for what. So you just learn how to embed characters into environments (so that the image proportions remain the same), as movements are drawn and more. The book covers in principle covers all important areas from and explains a lot and well, but is now surely no Bible for comic drawing - there is but then again not extensive enough. Still highly recommended for anyone who wants to deal with the topic and want to learn first, on what you have to look out for when comic drawing.
