Now the downer:
Yes, the device or the essays are very delicate and you must be very, very careful up & dissuade (difficult because the plastic often hooked).
The device can be held laterally, the inclination must not tilt too much towards the rear but since then arrives no more fog.
Conclusion:
If you carefully handled with the essays, the device is really really good! (See photos)
It is small, quiet, with a very good atomization.
I use it at least by. Twice a day, thank what my allergy plagued bronchi!
Addendum (02/26/15):
Use the machine every day, I got used to the gentle handling ... everything was great!
Buy now a second device for the workplace.
