The first thing I want to say that I've been training just three months and I only weigh 73kg to 185. Property me these tablets ordered because they were cheap and I got from Jack3d circulatory problems and was going to sleep the same: D

Now for use: 2 tablets about 30 minutes before training purely throw and get going. Mir is slightly warm, the pump is extremely and abnormally training makes a lot of fun and is the event day.

I take the tablets now for 3 weeks and the effect is the same every day!

Conclusion: Value for money technically for me the best booster, it is also possible to my slight build and low weight. So I would recommend this rather Booster beginners.
