In short, I opened the PSU without labîmer to find queffectivement, ground pin is not soldered to the PCB. I adopted the solution is to connect a copper wire to the ground pine (-) terminal of the charger to eliminate this leakage current: problem solved ...
One star less for the lack of land! What I find astonishing but mostly stupid.
There are countless chargers landless, but it should never exist of for laptops.
Otherwise, the positive poins:
-The Little charger heats in normal use, which is good because it shows that the performance is very good. But will heat more if battery charge (normal)
-Port USB 2A
-L'indicateur Of backlit blue LCD voltage is handy
-Change Automatic voltage change connector, which is also compared to a conventional voltage selector which may grill the PC in case of error or voltage change inadvertently.
-Connectors Light: green for 15v and 16v, blue / green for higher voltage
Negative points:
-Fausse Taken down! (It will open and connect the ground with a wire and solder have a real mass)
-No Rubber base to secure the unused bits, there is a bag of course, but it is less convenient than the traditional pedestal
-The Connection to a tip is really not robust risk disconnecting the PC in case of movement of the cable or during transport. I would rather see a "clip" or a push button to connect / eject a tip without risk, a more robust way
-Embout Too bright which might not please everyone because the LED is not very discreet night
