It is characterized on the one hand by a very good and clean processing. The evaporator consists entirely of stainless steel (apart from the glass tank, if used). There are no defects in the processing! The design is simple and edgy, it does not offers extravagance, but is very discreet and I like it very much.
The structure is, as it is known by most Clearomizern. To fill Liquid or replace the evaporator head you have to unscrew the lid with tank and then filling these or replace the evaporator head at the base. When filling is clear that it is not possible, the Aero Tank Mega completely fill with liquid (only about 75%). However, in its very good tank size plays a subordinate role.
The air supply is infinitely variable with a dial on the base as with all Aero tanks. Thus every steamer adjust its desired resistance perfectly.
The taste of Aero Tank Mega exceeded at the time of use everything I had previously lived and steam generation was also very good. As of today (04.08.2015) I would describe the taste as well and the development of steam as tidy.
Criticism from my side are the sometimes enormous differences in quality occurring the evaporator heads. Some are unfortunately almost directly unusable and siffen or kokeln. Fundamentally they actually keep several weeks without sacrificing taste.
A bit inconvenient is also the opening and reclosing. If you have the Aero Tank Mega too much closed, so one tends to turn the cooling system, rather than the thread to solve. A little more grip at the base would have been desirable.
Both criticisms are, however, far from it occur in frustrating regularity.
Conclusion: The Aero Tank Mega is an above average Clearomizer, distinguished by smart design, easy handling and clear taste.
