The trouble is that one has otherwise only worry with the machine attached an excerpt from the repair list:
1. Repair: Flowmeter & Hose
2. Repair Coupling
3. Repair: milk container (not incidentally, recognized by DeLonghi as repair since it is a "consumable")
Now the first machine is the fourth time in three years, broken (destroyed the capsules - no problem, who are so cheap), because the warranty period has expired but there is no substitute.
The second machine was broken only once, but we can use, too hard.
Generously would the producers for a fixed price of 150, - assume (excl delivery.) The repair, we politely declined.
Nespresso has sent me with my complaint in this regard to the repair shop, the DeLonghi etc., to Nespresso
The summit of insolence the statement of DeLonghi:
"We hereby inform you that we will not replace the device. There is no discussion about it. We do not discuss here, I'll call you just to let you know that.
All instances have been exhausted "
I had bought Unfortunately, in my initial euphoria equal to a second machine for the grandmother, as it now turns out that's actually good because you always have a machine that makes coffee, while the other is in the repair.
Conclusion: The machine has several technical weak points, especially the exit of condensate (which leads to rust at the bottom and unsightly stains leaves on the worktop) is extremely high maintenance when using milk froth (milk feeding must before each and cleaned after the coffee preparation though) and the customer (you get replacement equipment, but which may not foam up milk!) is underground.
So despite all the design and Stiftung Warentest Awards: Stay away!
