1.Audioausgangspegel too low:
Yes, with my device and the maximum volume is too low (for headphones)
Solution 1:
Either (if the option) Connect the headphone output on the car radio (AUX or Line-In) and output it via the car speakers.
Disadvantage: All must listen
2.Abhilfe:
A mini car amplifier you can buy (as input the headphone output from the main or auxiliary monitor and the output from the amplifier is a 3.5mm headphone jack) the amplifier can be hidden under the seat and you can / must set the maximum volume.
2.Surrende noise:
For me there is also the call monitor whirring noise, but which are not reinforced. If the problem occurs when you use the cigarette lighter, it is usually on the car (from the alternator), then it will be harder! Here one must "filter" the input voltage or perhaps rich ferrite cores
For me, the noise is not annoying.
3.Geräusche DVD drive
The main unit with the DVD drive is mounted on the passenger side and this makes noises when playing a DVD that can interfere with the passenger may, (I currently of no feedback) because you have to ask yourself nagging bored children or Surrgeräusch ??
4.Nebenmonitor blurred
Yes the call monitor is definitely a worse picture, which is also "normal" the signal comes in the main unit in digital form from the DVD and go digital on the screen.
To call monitor the signal will only be converted from digital to analog (for the path through the cable) and back from analogue to digital for the display and that means loss of image quality. To send the signal digitally is equal to the manufacturers probably too expensive.
When comparing the monitors directly you can see the difference, but it is still to be absorbed. The main monitor has a very beautiful image and a good viewing angle, (better than in most aircraft !!), the resolution is the size and the viewing distance very well. (Of course, between the monitors and our iPad 3 worlds, but the iPad was also much more expensive)
5.Befestigung
The attachment has me first shocked, but during installation I was surprised how well it then but went. There are two straps for each monitor a thin and a thick.
The thin straps comes with two tabs on the monitor for attaching to the car I have it out to the bars of the headrest. The thick belt has on one side a tab sewn through the thin belt fits through. The thick belt is 90 ° out to small from the top down to the headrest around and tightened.
The monitor now presses on the top edge against the headrest and bottom give the seat. For me, the monitors were holding really nice!
6.Bedienung
WARNING: The unit can be operated with the buttons only in small dimensions, which makes sense because then can children by wild pressing nothing adjusted unintentionally. For full operation, the remote control is required, which is of course included. If the remote control is lost is not a problem that exists right at Odys for 10 + shipping
Note:
I take no responsibility for the tips above or from resulting damage or injury.
I hope I could help with my contribution that ultimately everyone must decide for themselves. I see it so that you get here for less than 140 a full-fledged DVD player with USB and SD card slot and two monitors (incl. Battery).
