The fan is in a known Arctic-quality, makes good wind, but little noise. Creates a pleasant breeze.

The gooseneck is very weak, one needs to have a vertical USB port to the thing to move to a halt. Bends to the fan in a horizontal USB port to 90 ° high, which unfortunately does not hold.

Goofy is that you have to stop the fan each time to correct the alignment. Etc. A small handle back to housing would help.
