Enclosed instructions are very meager. When connecting, make sure where phase (L1) and ground (N) of the connecting cable coming u at the terminals L1. N are the fan, otherwise the humidistat does not work and the fan runs constantly. There the humidistat knob (potentiometer) and the timer knob (potentiometer) will be ignored. This is because it is not isolated from the mains via a transformer, the internal control electronics. Simple reconnection of L1 and N helps here, just ignore the internal label L1 and N. Otherwise, a good product, highly recommended!
