Passionate about cooking for many years, I see via Internet and TV that the increase in cooking can be done only by using pro and solid foundation techniques. This is the case with this book that gives the cook learning techniques, tips and tricks we lack and which allowed me to understand why some recipes are uneven quality and taste.
I have a cookbook library, but I would say this one is the basis of everything and cook a completely different approach to be in this area. The downside for photos that are no longer at the height of this book ....
