Graphics is on PS3 level and since it plays only in Mordor: Although nicely decorated, but without variety, all somehow equal in this huge game world.
Story is ok + much background knowledge about Middle-earth.
For the game itself: as some have written here, after the initial story you're on the first tower and has no clue what to do exactly.
The contracts are often repetitive, worse than in AC (by the way you collect and things similar to AC).
Control is really inaccurate - especially X: if you stand on walls and wants to climb to escape, but to jump into the air just silly and is then killed. Control reminds else to Batman and AC.
The combat system is bullshit. At first I thought, ok with upgrades, it'll be all right, but with this it's not really better. You have to hit dozens of times on Orcs until they are dead. If 10 Orcs can attack you to kill yet, but constantly come to some. One is often forced to flee. for which you have a bow is also a mystery to me: despite epic upgrades you have orcs 2-4 headshot miss so that they are dead.
The bosses are after increasingly difficult: often have dozens of orcs around them. And even if you have previously done and thinks, so now I can just concentrate on the boss, who alone is often difficult enough to come back to a dozen. Just annoying and no GAME BIN whenever I died like in this game ... At first 5-8 times in an hour.
The idea of the game was good, but mediocre implemented. AC and Batman far better by a mile - and I know just as PS3 games. This game is not worth the money.
