The lamp makes a nice white light (no warm white), making it very suitable as office use. It is bright enough to replace a 35 Watt halogen lamp, with no delay to 100% light on, even and not spotted light and makes no noise. Technically, there is therefore no objection. Unfortunately, the appearance is very ugly by the white outline. I've only really noticed after I plugged it into the socket. A halogen lamp is much more harmonious with the silver / reflective effect and fits so much better in a lamp in chrome, silver or black.
So optics 2, art 5 = 4 stars (since it does, after all, what it should)
