Good machine, be careful when installing Service

After my 11 year old no-name washing machine refused your service needed a new one.
I booked the Altgerätmitnahme and installation service to do so.
The deliverer contacted me as agreed 1hr before delivery. My new machine was of 2 men taken to the 2nd floor and thus hears my good experience already back on. They were busy really rough with her tool and so it was probably that the fairing on the left suddenly distance somewhat. One then sparked a screw at the rear of the machine, the other pressed the panel to their right place and the screw is tightened again. It is probably also somehow happened that above, also on the left side a piece of plastic is broken, but the I noticed only when the two men were already gone.

At my first trial I experienced then wash nastiest surprise: The waste water hose broke up and half my bathroom was flooded !!!
The gentlemen had the clamp not properly tightened and the pressure caused when the water is pumped out, the complete hose broke! I then tightened the clamp itself and since it is dense. In addition, the drain hose was removed from the holder and in the description is explicit that he intended to remain there!
The 11euro can therefore confidently save everyone!

The machine itself is great and I do not find too loud.
