There are quite positive to report about the machine.
- The coffee is really hot
- The taste is very good at first
- The possibility to use a water filter
- Faster brewing
- Use simple and catchy
- Automatic switch-off
- The pot is very good in the hand
So far, everything looks like a 5 star rating from that machine would have earned if it were not for the extremely poor and unworthy Brown Jug:
- The pot drip! And not just during pouring but already during the brewing process, the heat plate and the table is flooded from the coffee. My guess is that is not fast enough to flow through the lid by the fast brewing coffee and accumulates above. From there the liquid is distributed in the cavities of the insulation.
- Neither the lid nor the jug can be taken apart for cleaning. Since the coffee flows into the jug during brewing through the cover is likely to develop sooner or later life within the lid. What the designers have thinking?
- The pot is unpolished and from the inside of stainless steel. This means that coffee settles on the small grooves and thus the taste of the coffee very suffering. With normal rinsing you do not get the pot clean also. Since then helps only chemistry. For me, this soda has been proven that can solve overnight the fixed residues. This too is in my view a bad design, attention was paid in the design and more on cheap production than on functionality.
