The machine is almost perfect, but has a serious drawback: when you put a cup of something peppy on the shelf, you can easily slide the water tank just once from its holder! Something may not actually be possible. Everything else is absolutely worth 5 stars but from mentioned reason I would never buy the same machine again, but like a different model from the series. With my Piccolo eg something may simply not happen, which is as much functional designed.
