I have installed these plates in my Synology DiskStation 214 as network drives. (Low-cost alternative to the expensive network disks)
The panels are quickly and quietly. The heat development remains limited (also be cooled by the DiskStation)
However, I must say that they do not run 24 in the NAS. Who would, should buy NAS drives.
