I bought this 4GB MP3 player to take him on a trip to Thailand because I knew it would be difficult to access a computer to load or even a 220v outlet. It has served its purpose and I could listen to my favorite hits deep in the jungle. It is light but not too small. I had no fear that either steals me (because it does not dream pickpockets and that in the worst case, it would not have been a big financial loss) However, some caveats: Access to titles is very basic: basically, I must scroll to reach the song I want to listen (no ranking in subgroups). The screen did not take the shot, much has become illegible. But given the conditions under which this poor machine was submitted (heat, humidity, wild trimballage in the bag) I do not blame him too!
In short, I recommend it especially for travelers !!
